ATLANTA -- The Governor's Special Investigators who looked into allegations of CRCT cheating in Atlanta Public Schools could only find limited evidence of cheating at Heritage Academy.

While more than 28 percent of the school's classrooms were flagged for "wrong-to-right erasures" on the CRCT in 2009, that number dropped to less than 10 percent the following year.

This evidence does not warrant further action, according to the report. (329)

Heritage Academy's website states that Trennis Harvey is the current principal of the school.
