East Point authorities search for 16-year-old runaway

EAST POINT, Ga. -- Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,000 for information on a 16-year-old runaway from East Point.

According to authorities, the teen, Sabrina Cooper, ran away from an apartment on the 3100 block of Candlewood Drive on February 3.

According to her mother, Cooper has a history of sexual exploitation but she had just returned home from receiving help at a treatment center for victims of sexual abuse before she disappeared.

Cooper is described as about 5'2 tall and 130 pounds with a tatoo of flowers on her left leg and a tattoo with the letters "WOB" on her right hand.

Authorities say Cooper's "whereabouts are unknown" but her mother believes she is, again, being exploited sexually.

Anyone with information on Sabrina Cooper's whereabouts is being asked to contact the East Point Police Department at 404-761-2177 or Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
